Sustainability and Conservation Consultant
I am a writer and project manager who has more than seven years of experience managing teams and implementing solutions for tactically and politically complex issues. At Google, Inc., I served as a public-facing voice between Google Maps engineers and users, while also leading operational teams to ensure high quality data reached the public.
Most recently, I've worked with conservation NGOs in the U.S., China, and Tanzania, helping them to assess and model their strategic and financial opportunities for market engagement.
My passion lies in communicating technical verbiage and data with simplicity and clarity, and in helping communities and companies derive profit from practices that benefit the environment. I hold an MBA from The Fuqua School of Business and a Master of Environmental Management from the Nicholas School of the Environment, both at Duke University. I received my undergraduate majors in journalism and English literature from Northwestern University.
I am also a competitive ballroom dancer and coach.
